Mr. Reiss has been with Starwood Hotels & Resorts for 14 years.  He is responsible for developing and managing the ERM framework and Risk Registry; along with providing governance, analytics and reporting.  Prior to creating the ERM function in 2012, he helped lead the company’s Global Assurance program, and spent 5 years with Starwood’s Six Sigma team culminating as the Master Black Belt for Western Europe.
