Prakash is the Assistant Vice President and Head of the Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) function at Healthfirst, In his role, he works closely with Healthfirst’s executive leadership in identifying, assessing and quantifying key enterprise risks that would impede the achievement of Healthfirst’s strategic objectives. He is also responsible for the design and implementation of risk infrastructure to effectively monitor the enterprise risks within Healthfirst’s risk appetite and increase the employee risk awareness at Healthfirst with the aim of creating and protecting enterprise value.

Prior to Healthfirst, Prakash was with a Blue’s plan in Portland, Oregon and prior to that with Deloitte in their Governance Regulatory and Risk Services practice.

As a seasoned ERM professional with over 15 years of experience, he has designed and deployed customized ERM tools and methodologies across several industries. He is a visionary and thought leader and served US and emerging markets.
